2021 Year-Round CSA
Year-Round CSA Details:
Quarterly, semiannual, or annual payments ($2500)
- Annual payments due in January
- Semiannual payments due in January and July
- Quarterly payments due in January, April, July, October
January - March you will receive $200 of Zestful Dollars credit. You may use the credit any way you would like throughout the year: to purchase more eggs, meat, or special order seasonal produce (i.e. basil for pesto, cucumbers for pickles, other produce the farm has in abundance for bulk orders) or shopping at the Broadway or Proctor Farmers Markets. We will track your balance on the weekly sign in sheets. Watch your email for Pre-order options in January, February, and March.
If you need meat, onions, garlic, or eggs before the Spring share begins contact us or see us at the Proctor Farmers Market.
April 6 - June 8 (weekly pick up at the Farm)
Weekly distributions of Spring Greens: spinach, minutina, claytonia, purslane, beet greens, chard, kale, baby lettuce, rhubarb, baby bok choy, pea shoots, salad turnips, radish and many other surprises as we experiment with season extension. Distributions at the Farm on Tuesdays. If you need to make special arrangements for pick up, please contact Holly & Valerie and we will work with you.
Main Season CSA
June 15-October 26 (weekly pick up at the Farm or in Town)
Weekly distributions at the farm or in town. Our regular CSA share offers a variety that changes with the seasons and we are always experimenting!

November 9, November 23, December 7 & December 21 (bi-weekly pick up at the Farm)
Bi-Weekly distributions at the farm. Extra big shares of roots, onions, winter squash, brussel sprouts, greens & other Fall vegetables. To save fossil fuel we will offer bi-weekly distribution at the farm of extra big shares since most of this produce keeps very well.
1/2 dozen Eggs (chicken or duck) per week for 48 weeks Or 24 dozen eggs for the season. Our chickens & ducks are raised on certified organic seasonal grains from In Season Farms (in BC), fresh rotating pasture, and free choice minerals.
50 lbs. of Zestful Gardens organically raised meat: pork, chicken & turkey. Frozen whole chicken, select cuts of pork and turkey are available from our freezers Year Round. Fresh chicken will be butchered in the Summer & Fall (let us know if you prefer fresh chicken and we will contact you). Due to production costs and limited quantities, Bacon and Tenderloin are valued at twice the poundage. (i.e. 1-pound bacon = 2 pounds meat credit). Meat is available during CSA distribution or contact us to make arrangements.
Seasonal fruit (strawberries, blueberries, apples, plums, etc.) & Flowers bouquets distributed throughout the season. This does not include OPMA (Okanogan Producers Marketing Association) Fruit Share Add-on.
Farm to Fork Dinner
Thank You Dinner for (2) on the Farm. Harvested and lovingly grown by your farmers. Again, this year, our favorite Tacoma Chef, Derek Bray of The Table, will be crafting our dinner. This is a beautiful evening of scrumptious farm bounty and community!
